Procedures:

2. Background checks: We ensure that candidates undergo necessary background checks, including DBS checks (or equivalent), before being placed in schools.
3. Safeguarding training: Our staff receive regular safeguarding training to ensure they can identify potential safeguarding concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

2.Candidate management: We will not place candidates in schools without satisfactory background checks and safeguarding clearances.
